• Inspect heat exchanger
• Clean and inspect burners and burner compartment
• Inspect all safety controls
• Inspect flue pipe/vent for leaks, slope, support, rust, and debris
• Clean control panel
• Check amp draw
• Check filter (offer replacement)
• Inspect blower assembly (wheel and motor)
• Clean and inspect pilot and/or flame sensor
• Inspect electrical wire connections
• Check inlet and outlet gas pressure
• Check for gas leaks
• Verify temperature rise and adjust blower speed if needed
• Oil and grease as needed
• Check for adequate combustion air requirements
• Check for adequate clearance to combustibles
• Check for Carbon Monoxide gas in home
• Check thermostat and replace batteries if needed
• Wipe down equipment
• Check system cycle operation
• Review recommendations with home owner

Check and clear condensate drain
• Inspect all system controls

• Clean condenser coil
• Inspect indoor coil
• Inspect and test capacitor
• Inspect electrical wire connections
• Inspect blower assembly (wheel and motor)

• Inspect relay and contactor
• Check operating pressures
• Check refrigerant levels
• Check Thermostat
• Oil and grease as needed
• Level condenser (if needed)
• Verify temperature drop and adjust blower speed if needed
• Inspect unit disconnect

• Clear area around condenser unit
